About Irene

As a coach, consultant, trainer, facilitator and emotional intelligence practitioner, Irene’s commitment is to support executives, leaders and high-level leadership teams in their quest to be and become better leaders and workplaces. Her clients are successful, and they are committed to their own life-long learning. They want to foster workplaces and teams where people can be themselves, do great work, and experience challenges that help them grow while being treated well and as human beings.

Irene’s focus is on individual leadership development and on co-creating healthy, strong and versatile leadership and coaching cultures in organizations where values and mission are lived every day - in the way people work, and in the way they work with others. Irene’s talents are in sparking rich conversation, creating space for exploration, in forthright and straightforward questions that allow insight to emerge and that lead to action aligned with values. More about Irene

Irene is a fair weather cyclist and an (almost) all weather walker. Her happy places are being outside, making and sharing food with her people, hanging out in bookstores and libraries, listening to or making music or art.

In the last ten years, Irene has immersed herself in learning about mindfulness, resilience and well-being, compassion and realistic optimism, adding to her personal and professional resource ‘cupboard’ and bringing it into her work with individuals and teams.

Irene has loved, lost, laughed, leapt, landed, and learned. She’s seen some stuff and lived some life. She wants to hear your story and help you craft the next chapter.

Irene's coaching vision is to partner with people and teams ready for learning and self-discovery, to facilitate and support them as they: gain self-awareness, expand perspective and clarity; expand resourcefulness, resilience and flexibility; foster compassion and self-care; and choose mindful action toward lasting positive change and greater joy in work and life.
